- Identify potential new referral sources.
- Conducts personal visits to referral sources daily with face-to-face meetings with providers and staff to develop relationships; increases referral base.
- Facilitates meetings for our providers with referral sources. Coordinates “lunch and learns” and similar breakfast or dinner meetings to discuss clinical offerings
- Community Engagement: Actively engage with community groups, schools, and other organizations to promote the practice’s services and programs.
- Maintain a provided lead tracking system. Track referrals and prepare referral pattern analysis for management.
- Serve as a liaison between practice and referral sources to resolve problems.
